Network Operations Specialist

This role involves assisting in the design, deployment, and maintenance of mobile packet core networks using cutting-edge technologies. The primary objective is to ensure efficient functioning of systems supporting businesses of various sizes.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify areas for improvement in Core Network operations and implement enhancements.
- Resolve faults based on trouble tickets, measurement reports, and personal observations to maintain network stability.
- Regularly review reports measuring Core KPIs to optimize performance.
- Assist in implementing changes and configurations through our change management process.
- Ensure adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreement) and OLA (Operation Level Agreement) for Core services.
- Maintain compliance with applicable policies and regular requirements on Information Security.
- Collaborate across teams to develop knowledge, share best practices, and integrate work programs.
- Prepare for Core audits and ensure timely closure of all audit points.
- Coordinate device testing and acceptance, ensuring seamless integration into our network.
- Analyze problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor, and automate software systems to streamline operational activities.
- Consult with project engineers and managers to ensure optimal deployment and utilization of technology.
- Support technical evaluation, design review, and recommend proposed physical and logical designs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies, as well as expertise in operations management and information security principles. Proficiency in programming languages is also essential.
Fresh university graduates or early career professionals with CCNA and CCNP certifications are encouraged to apply.
