Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Treasury Operations team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day banking-related operational matters, including bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end activities at the group level.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and analyze invoices related to Accounts Payable to ensure compliance with internal processes.
  2. Process payments on the bank portal at the group level, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  3. Record bank reconciliations and entries in a timely manner.
  4. Assist in managing internal funding requirements and cash flow forecasting.
  5. Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare cash flow forecasts for all group entities on a monthly basis.
  6. Optimize cash utilization and manage cash reserves in alignment with company objectives.
  7. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  8. Identify and assess potential financial risks related to cash flow, exchange rates, and interest rates.
  9. Streamline treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Develop procedures and policies related to payment processing and cash inflows/outflows.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, with relevant professional qualifications.
  2. 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  5. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  6. Accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline-oriented.
  7. Drive quality and accountability of results from initial input collection to final outcomes.
  8. Build strong relationships, establish trust, identify needs, and motivate teams to drive operational and strategic priorities.
