Luggage Attendant
This role is about delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless transitions for visitors and making their stays truly memorable. To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for handling guest luggage efficiently, adhering to proper check-in and check-out procedures.
You will greet guests warmly upon meeting them, assist with entering and exiting vehicles by opening doors, and ensure the lobby area is clean and tidy.
Another key aspect of this job is assisting guests in finding their way around the hotel, rooming them after check-in, and answering any questions they may have about the hotel or local attractions.
In addition to these duties, you will also arrange transportation based on guest requests, coordinate with other hotel departments, and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar position would be beneficial.
- You should be physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage.
- Excellent communication skills are essential – warm, welcoming, and approachable.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.
