The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Operations team and drive process and data quality improvement globally. As a key member of the team, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the sales function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining compliance and associated governance, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll work closely with sales teams and stakeholders at all levels to deliver sales metrics, dashboards, and analytical tasks. Additionally, you'll assist with automation and streamlining of the Lead to Order process, leveraging your problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

What We're Looking For
  • An exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Experience working in entry-level roles in sales operations or related fields (e.g., financial analysis, sales analysis, or sales order processing), preferably in the technology industry
  • Energetic, thoughtful, systematic approach, focused on robust, repeatable, and scalable outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work productively with stakeholders on a global scale
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events
About You

You're a detail-oriented problem solver and team player who is passionate about partnering with sales teams and supporting the delivery of programs. With excellent communication skills, you're comfortable working across team boundaries and have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
