- Regularly, we develop, monitor, and update delivery programs.

- We review and approve design schedules, ensuring they align with the overall project schedule.
- Similarly, we review and approve construction schedules, guaranteeing coordination with current construction schedules.

- Progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting are implemented, focusing on contractors' major construction progress.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in large international airport projects is required.
- Experience with Primavera P6 is essential.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- The ability to make decisions and possess technical/professional knowledge is crucial.
- Flexibility and proficiency in English are required.
- Mentoring and teamwork skills are essential.
