Electrical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to lead site teams and drive project success in Oil & Gas construction projects. With 5-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for enforcing company policies on Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing stop-work policies and waste management procedures in collaboration with the HSE department.
  • Leading and organizing site teams (foremen to helpers) to meet project goals.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Supervising the installation of electrical devices and equipment.
  • Coordinating material receipt, storage, and erection activities.
  • Defining resource needs (personnel, tools, logistics) in collaboration with the Electrical Superintendent.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Ensure all personnel are certified and trained for site access and task execution.
  • Submit progress reports, manpower updates, and equipment status using designated forms.
  • Establish daily activity schedules with foremen to optimize workflow across work areas.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
  • Held a similar supervisory role within the last 2 years.
  • Familiarity with ISO and IEC standards (e.g., IEC 60364, IEC 61140, IEC 60479).
  • High School Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field (preferred).
