Zain Bahrain, a pioneer in mobile telecommunications in the Middle East, seeks a highly skilled Digital Marketing Leader to join its team. As the region's first mobile operator, we have expanded rapidly since our expansion strategy began in 2003.

About the Role

This role will be part of Zain Bahrain's Subsidiary Fintech Company - Bede. Bede is a dynamic startup revolutionizing personal finance through Bahrain's first Shariah-compliant Islamic financing app.

With a focus on customer centricity, strategic partnerships, and digital innovation, Bede aims to guide individuals toward growth and success by leveling the playing field for all.

The successful candidate will oversee and lead Bede's Marketing Communication team in launching ATL, BTL & digital marketing strategies and implementing them effectively and efficiently.

Job Purpose: To promote the brand, associated messages, products & services of the company to achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and identity by developing and communicating clear brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals and tonality across all communication channels, and monitoring brand perception among customers.
  2. Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the marketing communication team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  3. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and offline promoting products and services.
  4. Lead Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content calendar for marketing materials, including but not limited to owned website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other indirect channels.
  5. Paid and Organic Advertising: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, such as TV and video productions, Social, radio, google display ads, and out of home billboards and digital screens.
  6. Event Management: Organize and manage corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to showcase the company's products and services, engage with customers and partners, and generate leads.
  7. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
