About The Job

This ICT Specialist role is responsible for supporting the sales team in delivering expert telecom solutions that meet clients' unique requirements.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' telecom infrastructure requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive telecom solutions.
  4. Create engaging presentations to showcase the value proposition of our telecom products and services.
  5. Develop customized solutions based on client needs.
  6. Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  8. Provide expert advice on telecom, ICT/ELV solutions, addressing technical queries and concerns.
  9. Foster effective communication and collaboration between the Pre-Sales and Sales teams.
  10. Participate in internal meetings to share market insights and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  11. Monitor the telecom market, identifying potential business opportunities and challenges.
  12. Analyze competitors' offerings and market trends to inform strategy.
Required Skills And Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B in a Pre-Sales or similar role within the telecom industry.
