We're seeking an exceptionally talented Structural Inspection Expert to contribute to our team's mission of delivering top-notch infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure site conditions meet suitability requirements for permanent works
Provide practical advice on construction matters
Inspect temporary and permanent constructions to ensure compliance with contract specifications and methods
Maintain accurate records of inspections, work executed, and other relevant data
Direct Inspectors and monitor performance
Assist in preparing 'as-built' drawings and inspect completed works
Prepare snag lists and handover to operating authorities
May conduct welder qualification tests and provide technical guidance to lower-level Inspectors
Perform duties in a safe manner, adhering to public safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
At least 12 years of relevant construction supervision experience on roads, bridges, and utilities projects
Preferably with work experience in Bahrain or the GCC region, preferably in an engineering consulting firm
Familiarity with computer software applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to communicate effectively with management and staff
Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to industry standards
