Job Title: Organizational Support Specialist

The Organizational Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization by providing administrative support and coordination of office operations and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support senior management and other staff members in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Composed and reviewed correspondence in response to inquiries from senior management and others.
  • Assist with a wide range of ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with building facilities management when necessary.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or a related field.
  • Progressively responsible senior administrative experience, including working directly with executives.
  • Proven ability to organize, plan, schedule, determine priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree
