Science Education Position

The role of a Science Teacher is multifaceted, encompassing the implementation of the curriculum and philosophy of a renowned educational system. As a key member of the academic team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring students' success by utilizing the provided lesson plans and developing them as needed.

• Teaching classes using the SABIS point system to create an environment conducive to learning;
• Marking exams related to the taught subject in accordance with the schedule and material provided by the department;
• Discussing disciplinary and student performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD);
• Implementing the SABIS Point System to ensure a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom;
• Providing support for academically low-performing students through guidance and motivation to help them reach their full potential;
• Aiding in duties such as testing students, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for meals and transportation, controlling traffic, and other administrative tasks assigned by the school management;
• Preparing and participating in activity plans related to student life events such as art, open houses, and physical education, in coordination with the Student Life Coordinator (SLC);
• Attending training sessions when needed and as requested by the school management to enhance understanding of the SABIS system and improve overall student performance.
