We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of IT Trainee - Fintech App at Zain Bahrain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of our fintech app.

About the Job

The IT Trainee - Fintech App will assist in various aspects of the fintech app, including testing, debugging, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. You will work closely with the Fintech Support Lead and eco-service providers to achieve this goal.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Fintech Support Lead in daily activities and projects.
  2. Support and maintain the fintech app to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the app is integrated with other systems and processes.
  4. Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Fresh Graduate with IT knowledge and basic Fintech knowledge.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of eco-service provider requirements and the ability to effectively communicate with them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
