As a Manager in Audit & Assurance, you will lead by example, demonstrating and developing your capabilities in the following areas:
- Becomes trusted by stakeholders for delivering insightful analysis and pragmatic solutions to address business challenges.
- Develops a deep understanding of client businesses and industry trends, enabling the identification of potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Apply a data-driven approach to drive business decisions, leveraging analytical techniques and tools to extract meaningful insights.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, encouraging open communication and transparency within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly contributes to the delivery of high-quality audit services, meeting client expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
- Mentor junior colleagues, sharing expertise and knowledge to develop their skills and confidence.
- Identify opportunities to add value, recognizing areas for improvement and proposing targeted solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in public accounting, auditing, audit management, preferably with big 4 Audit Firms.
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of best practice reporting and International financial reporting standards.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- International accounting qualification is required: CA, ACCA, or CPA.
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Preference will be given only to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
