Movement Instructor

As a Dance Teacher at RESO, you will be responsible for implementing the SABIS curriculum and philosophy in your teaching practice. Your primary goal will be to ensure students' success and help them reach their full potential.

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the provided pacing charts to enable effective use of the SABIS point system.
• Evaluate student performance through exams and assessments, providing constructive feedback to support growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD) to address disciplinary and performance issues, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain a well-organized classroom using the SABIS Point System to promote academic rigor and engagement.
• Administer exams as needed, upholding test integrity and managing the testing environment effectively.
• Promote student development by offering guidance and motivation to underachieving students, fostering an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Support exam preparation by reviewing previous exams, adapting materials to meet specific grade-level needs.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including substitute teaching, supervising students during breaks, and participating in school events.
