Job Title:

• Guest Service Representative

The Guest Service Representative is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
2. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
3. Address guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
4. Manage reservations, room assignments and special guest requests, ensuring all details are handled accurately.
5. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guest arrivals.
6. Maintain accurate guest information in the property management system (PMS) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
3. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
4. Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
5. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
7. A professional, approachable and friendly demeanor.
