Job Description:

The role of Chief IT Strategist is pivotal in driving the success of our organization. This position requires a visionary leader who can formulate effective IT governance frameworks, drive improvement and efficiency across multiple business units, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery by streamlining processes and optimizing resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk effectively, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with team members to establish and maintain robust data governance policies, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet required quality and strategic standards for Requests for Proposal (RFPs), maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and expectations.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within the organization, promoting sustainable practices and responsible growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; Master's highly preferred for advanced knowledge and expertise.
  • Minimum 15 years operational experience working in IT, with at least 5 years experience in IT leadership positions managing cross-functional project teams and driving business growth.
  • Extensive exposure to IT governance formulation, budget planning, and organizational change management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving collaboration.
