About the Position:
Location: Bahrain
Experience: 1-3 years (Relevant experience in a trading company is preferred)
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and preparing agendas.
- Collect and analyze data for assigned projects and reports.
- Maintain an organized office environment and ensure supplies are readily available.
- Generate and submit reports as required.
- Adhere to confidentiality standards and company policies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through active participation in meetings.
- Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in document management procedures, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.
- Knowledge of reception and intercom devices for efficient communication.
- Exceptional accuracy in data transfer between formats.
- Demonstrated expertise in typing speed and accuracy.
