Telehealth Mental Health Coach Opportunity
">This role offers a chance to work as a telehealth mental health coach, supporting clients' mental health and personal growth based on individual needs and goals. Sessions are delivered through scheduled 30-minute video calls, providing flexibility for the practitioner to decide their business hours. Local candidates are preferred but international applicants can also be considered.
">We're seeking experienced International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaches, Clinical Psychologists, and Counsellors to join our community and contribute to bringing greater mental health access to the public. The ideal candidate will have expertise in coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and SFBT.
">The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing one-on-one telehealth professional or mental health coaching services for clients">
- Focusing on sub-clinical cases, such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance">
- Supporting clients in setting up personal or career goals, relationships, and other areas of focus">
- Collaborating with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform">
- Maintaining proficiency in English and the local language">
To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- An active International Coaching Federation Certification or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling">
- A minimum of 200 coaching hours for ICF Coaches or 300 clinical hours post-graduation for Counsellors">
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling, or coaching managerial roles, especially working with adults">
- Expertise in coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches">
- Skillful communication and interpersonal skills">
