About the Role
As a seasoned Hospitality Service Professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning guests. Your expertise and passion for providing outstanding service will set us apart from other establishments, making every guest feel valued and pampered.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain impeccable uniform standards at all times, ensuring a professional image that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.
• Deliver expertly served beverages and dining experiences by following our sequence of service, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and daily specials.
• Anticipate and proactively meet guests' requirements, showcasing your ability to think ahead and provide seamless service.
• Ensure service stations are always cleared and restocked during service, maintaining a well-organized and efficient environment.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items discreetly and professionally, adhering to our high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Present menus and explain menu items, including daily specials, to guests, highlighting the unique qualities and characteristics of each dish.
• Assess guest satisfaction, handle concerns, and inform management of any issues and resolutions, demonstrating a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.
• Report all accidents or guest complaints immediately to a manager, upholding our commitment to guest safety and satisfaction.

Requirements
• Secondary school education completed
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Hospitality-related degree or diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a waiter/waitress in a five-star hotel
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Advanced levels of Business English
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experienced in Fire & Life safety systems
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional service
