The Beauty Advisor role at Asteri Beauty (B Corp) requires an exceptional individual who can provide top-notch customer service while showcasing their artistry skills. This position involves creating a unique shopping experience for clients, demonstrating professionalism, and exceeding store financial goals.

• Key responsibilities include offering full customer service and product knowledge, meeting personal goals, and being a positive representative of the brand.
• The ideal candidate will have 2 years of retail experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.

• Provide customer-centric service and product knowledge to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed personal goals to contribute positively to the team and the store.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain a collaborative work environment on the shop floor.
• Attend training sessions, complete education tools, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in visual displays, merchandising, and marketing standards to ensure consistent store replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately and utilize POS correctly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
