Job Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide technical support and maintenance services for the Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer tier II customer support and resolution for hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine system administration tasks including account creation, modification and access control list management.
  • Ensure the security standards and controls are maintained at the highest level.
  • Collaborate with the team to deploy applicable Windows Server and Windows Desktop software.
  • Document findings and check DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance.
  • Utilize BMC Remedy IT Service Management software for efficient incident management.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A valid active Secret clearance from the US Government.
  • Due to contractual obligations, US citizenship is mandatory.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in IT support is required.
  • Valid OEM network support certification.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server or Microsoft Exchange Server is preferred.

This role involves a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
