About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead the supervision of civil engineering works for the Sewer Scheme Supervision Project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sewer network construction and infrastructure projects in the GCC region.

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to supervise the construction of sewer networks.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders on the progress of the works.
  • Ensure that the project is completed to the highest quality standards and within the agreed timeline.

What We Need from You

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on sewer systems and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in the GCC region, with local experience in Bahrain being an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control practices.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and resource planning within an engineering consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
