Cooler Systems Specialist

We need a skilled Cooler Systems Specialist to maintain, repair and install coolers and other cooling equipment.

Key Duties:
  • Installation, maintenance and repair of coolers and other cooling equipment to guarantee optimal functioning.
  • Routine maintenance checks to detect potential issues with coolers.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with coolers and other cooling equipment, making repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for new installations and upgrades.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigerators/coolers/chillers fixing & repairing.
  • Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field.
  • Valid Bahraini driving license or (GCC Valid light Driving license).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
  • Basic salary: BD180 + Accommodation allowance: BD40 + Food allowance not included.
  • Commission available upon meeting certain targets.
  • 48 working hours per week, with additional overtime when required.
  • Annual leave: 30 days per year + ticket every 2 years.
  • Employment visa provided by the company, medical insurance, and transportation for close areas.
  • Basic salary to increase to BD200 upon obtaining a Bahraini or GCC driving license after completing probation.
