We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior management team. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Take, type, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Implement and maintain office systems
- Maintain schedules and calendars
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Organize internal and external events
- Handle incoming mail and other material
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Set up work procedures
- Collate information
- Maintain databases
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Liaison with internal and external contacts
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
- Operate office equipment
- Manage office space
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in a secretary role
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Able to learn new software applications quickly
Requirements:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Proven experience in producing correspondence and documents
- Proven experience in information and communication management
