We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Pastry Craftsman to join our team at Domo Ventures W.L.L.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake a wide variety of breads and pastries, including sourdough, multigrain, focaccia, brioche, pizza dough, bagels, and cakes
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and tools to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Weigh ingredients and prepare dough for baking
  • Adjust oven temperatures to achieve optimal baking results
  • Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef, with a strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to work in early morning shifts. A certification from a culinary school is a plus but not required.

Job Requirements:
  1. Experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef
  2. Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters
  3. Understanding of food safety practices
  4. Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
