Job Description:

MS Dynamics CRM

Full-time position available for a Techno-Functional consultant to oversee MS Dynamics CRM (Microsoft Customer Relationship Management) systems. Key responsibilities include administration, configuration changes as needed, custom developed components management and code review, development of screens, reports, plugins, etc., system upgrades and patching, and management of integrated/developed systems on MS CRM.

  • The role entails managing various systems including SMS, 3rd party CRM Mobile App Server, custom developed application on CRM, client statements online system, and client statement batch processing integrated with Oracle DB.
  • Duties also include acting as SQL DBA, managing MS SQL and Oracle DB integration, reporting services, report development and modification, project management related to the area, and end-user support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM and its applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including SQL DB.
  • Experience with system integration, development, and maintenance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
