About the Spa Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist, who will be responsible for delivering exceptional body treatments to our discerning guests.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury spa environment is required, as well as certification in massage and beauty treatments.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, with excellent English language proficiency and knowledge of local language an advantage.

Key responsibilities include performing body treatments to the highest standard, maintaining equipment and products in treatment rooms and facilities, and achieving sales and guest service targets set by Spa Management.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to maintain client confidentiality, adhere to health and safety protocols, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional body treatments to guests, adhering to established protocols and schedules.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to Hotel standards of conduct and house rules.
  • Ensure a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times, adhering to Grooming Standards Policy.
  • Report to shift on time and notify Supervisor of any schedule changes or absences.
  • Familiarize yourself with Hotel Fire and Emergency Procedures.
  • Day-to-day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness, and hygiene of treatment rooms and facilities.
  • Aware of all treatments and products on offer and current promotions.
  • Achieve sales and guest service targets as set by Spa Management.
  • Offer guests full after-care advice and the chance to purchase recommended products.
  • Assist in scheduling and reception/greeting of guests.
  • Greet guests warmly and use their name during treatment.
  • Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
  • Adhere to training as set out by Spa Management and attend new or update training as required.
  • Use correct quantities and mix of product within treatments and ensure security of products.
  • Fully aware of health and safety issues relating to department and report any dangers to guests or staff.
  • Always be punctual and prepared in advance for all treatments.
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Flexible with regard to hours worked and prepared to adjust to meet demands of business.
  • Perform other tasks or projects assigned by hotel management.
