Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and supervising claims related to aircraft spares, personal accidents, group life policies, and employer's liability. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate with insurance companies.

Main Responsibilities
• Handle claims related to aircraft spares policy adjustments
• Assist in notifying insurers of accidents, illnesses, or disabilities under personal accident and group life policies
• Coordinate with medical clinics, personnel departments, and other associated companies for medical certificates and disability certificates
• Negotiate with insurance companies regarding claim amounts and settlements
• Prepare claims experience for personal accident, employer's liability, and group life policies for renewal purposes
• Obtain medical insurance coverage for staff as needed
• Prepare wages and salaries schedules for Gulf Air employers and associated companies
• Obtain statistical information for renewal purposes

Key Skills and Qualifications
• University degree in business field
• Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic desirable)
• Familiarity with various aviation and non-aviation insurance policies
• Some accounting background preferred
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• Approximately 5-7 years' experience in insurance-related matters
