Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with senior leadership teams to drive talent analytics, coach them on best practices in headhunting, and ensure that our employer brand is showcased positively to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop search strategies for senior leadership positions and manage pipeline movement effectively
  • Coach senior leaders on headhunting best practices and enable them to become expert talent approvers
  • Drive real-time insights from talent analytics and partner with business stakeholders to optimize hiring processes
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to gain insight into candidate motivations and behaviors
  • Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure delivery against hiring agenda and monitor hiring activities for results and consistency
  • Cultivate employer brand awareness and assess candidate experience
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in hiring processes and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in headhunting from reputable search firms or in-house search functions, with expertise in successfully sourcing senior talent in the Technology industry
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to create learning programs and develop their ability to identify and engage passive talent
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessments and behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Academic background in psychology or a related field, with good maths skills from High School
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in LinkedIn talent modules
