Job Title: Senior Manager – Managerial Accounting

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee our managerial accounting operations.

About the Role:

  • This key position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing business performance.
  • The ideal candidate will possess expertise in fund management, budgeting and planning, forecasting, regulatory compliance knowledge, and Sharia principles of Islamic finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial models and forecasts to inform strategic business decisions.
  2. Design and execute profitability analyses for business sectors, products, and branches, utilizing best practices for cost allocation methods and FTP methods.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage the bank's budget process.
  4. Oversee the development and implementation of effective financial systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial and banking sector, preferably with an international Islamic bank.
