The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with 1+ years of teaching experience. They should exhibit excellent communication skills, professional behavior, and ethical conduct.

• Develop and participate in activity plans related to student life events such as art exhibitions, parent-teacher conferences, and physical education programs.
• Establish an environment conducive to learning in the classroom through effective implementation of academic strategies.
• Assess student performance on exams according to the schedule and material provided by the department.
• Ensure the integrity of exam environments while proctoring as needed.
• Provide guidance and motivation to support academically low-performing students, helping them reach their full potential.
• Aid in administrative tasks including testing students, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for meals and transportation, controlling traffic, and other duties assigned by school administrators.
