About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by assisting the Lounge Server. Your primary duties will include:
- Stocking supplies, clearing tables, and completing guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and responding promptly to any concerns or requests.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, linens, chinaware, glassware, and silverware in a discreet and courteous manner.
- Fulfilling beverage requisitions for bartenders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Delivering food to guests and working harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills and qualifications, including:
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills in English are required, as well as basic knowledge and skills in food and beverage service.
- You must be flexible with your schedule, able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening, and overnight shifts.
