Event Management Director

Transform lives and work with a team that disrupts the ordinary. We are seeking an Event Management Director to lead our event management processes, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in managing events, with a strong understanding of ticketing operations. They should be passionate about the events industry, eager to contribute their skills, and have a keen interest in impactful events across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee entire event operation, including planning, coordination, and execution of mega and small events.
  • Utilize expertise in ticketing to effectively manage ticketing processes and operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate ticket sales, distribution, and tracking.
  • Leverage experience in managing events to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.
  • Work with vendors, contractors, and partners to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
  • Provide insights and strategic input to align event strategies with company objectives.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze success, gather feedback, and derive actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in event operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical background in software, hardware, or network is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding and experience in managing ticketing operations.
  • Previous experience in working during event seasons is a plus.
  • Experience in working on international events is an advantage.
