Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Supervisor to join our team at Hospitalio Hospitality Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality group in Bahrain, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-staffed at all times.
• To oversee cosmetology-related services and provide guidance to junior staff members.
• To perform services such as cutting, colouring, and styling hair to the highest standards.
• To prepare and present financial reports on revenue, budget needs, and other relevant metrics.
• To identify and address any issues related to staffing, guest satisfaction, inventory management, and salon upkeep.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Relevant hairdressing qualifications, such as NVQ – SVQ3 or training from top salons like Tony & Guy.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent business and financial acumen, with the ability to prepare MIS reports as needed by management.
• Strong MS Office skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
