Job Summary
We are seeking a Facilities and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of staff accommodations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute holistic communications between vendors and accommodation supervisors to align with organizational values and goals.
- Supervise the workflow inside the accommodation to maintain safety standards.
- Oversight of facility consistency, including brand guidelines, voice, and platform management.
- Serve as a communications advisor, providing counsel and pushback when necessary.
- Maintain facilities to high standards, including installations and maintenance requests.
- Develop high-quality materials and stay up-to-date with market trends and innovations.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Facilities Management.
- 2-5 years' experience in staff accommodation, facility operations, or hospitality support.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools.
- Assertive, analytical, and able to make informed decisions within defined processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure well.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
