As a trusted advisor, you will be equipped with our proven business model and practices, enabling you to monetise your commercial knowledge and contacts. You will have the freedom to manage your own lucrative recruitment firm, while enjoying significant financial rewards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of corporate experience, a commitment to full-time engagement, and a willingness to network and engage with clients directly.
