About the Role

The Sales Team Leader plays a pivotal role in supporting the Shop/Department Manager to ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, monitoring performance and suggesting corrective actions when necessary.

  • Assign tasks and assist in schedule preparation for Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Coordinators to optimize efficiency.

  • Provide quality customer service by greeting customers promptly and ensuring they receive excellent service from shop staff.

  • Report operational issues and handle customer complaints efficiently, providing solutions or escalating as needed.

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and order products effectively, ensuring availability and stock management.

  • Foster a positive team environment and provide training support to enhance sales results.

  • Ensure compliance with store procedures during opening routines, including petty cash management, reporting, systems, and more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of managerial experience; retail experience is an asset.

  • Detailed product knowledge across all departments and strong understanding of store operating procedures.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.

  • Fluency in English and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Possesses leadership qualities and can motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
