Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef, preferably in an artisanal or high-end setting
  • Strong understanding of traditional baking techniques and methods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Certification from a culinary school is a significant advantage
