Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of minutes, resolutions, and board meeting documents.
  • Management of corporate records, files, and databases.
  • Development of policies, procedures, and guidelines for corporate governance.
  • Coordination of events and activities related to the Board and its committees.
  • Communication with stakeholders, including Board members, senior management, and external parties.
  • Review and maintenance of corporate governance documents, including charters, policies, and protocols.
  • Support to the Board Secretary in implementing corporate governance best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Development and implementation of processes for tracking and reporting corporate governance performance indicators.
