About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will play a key part in leading projects related to business development and ensuring their successful delivery.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will develop comprehensive launch plans, define stakeholders, and work within defined timelines.
  • Your primary focus will be on preparing detailed reports and presentations on market insights, business performance, and growth projections.
  • You will work with support teams to ensure alignment, provide guidance, support, and hold team members accountable for delivering on time.
  • In this role, you will also allocate and deploy teams/resources in line with agreed priorities. You will monitor team utilization and adjust as needed.
  • You will identify potential risks and issues that may impact launch success. You will develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges.
  • You will maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management. You will provide regular project status updates and reports.
  • Your initiatives will be in line with our contract commitments. You will take proactive measures to control costs and avoid overruns if going beyond commitments.
  • You will keep client initiatives on schedule by closely monitoring milestones and deadlines. You will adjust implementation plans as needed to accommodate changes.
  • You will maintain accurate project documentation, including activation/implementation plans, status reports, and changes from either side.
