Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional to design and implement tailored solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes.

  • The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and strong problem-solving skills.
  • They will lead the development of CRM solutions, configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, and integrate with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Lead the creation of bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  2. Configuration and Customization: Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) to suit business needs.
  3. Integration and Data Migration: Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems, ERP, and third-party applications, and perform data migration and system upgrades.
  4. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues and provide support for end-users.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
  2. A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) is necessary.
  3. Strong proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse is essential.
  4. Expertise in customizing forms, entities, business rules, workflows, and security roles is required.
  5. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server is also required.
  6. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems is highly preferred.
  7. Mastery of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.
