We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our compliance program, ensuring that we comply with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
The Compliance Specialist will monitor the performance of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Counter Terrorism Financing (CFT) program and related activities on a continuous basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
They will maintain knowledge and updates of industry standards and international regulatory requirements, highlighting any concerns of non-compliance or potential improvements to existing controls and procedures to management.
The Compliance Specialist will also monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
Additionally, they will assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Identifying and assessing compliance risks is another key responsibility, recommending measures to mitigate vulnerabilities.
The Compliance Specialist will help conduct internal compliance testing and assessments, and prepare comprehensive reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations.
They will identify potentially fraudulent activities, investigate incidents, and report findings to management.
