Key Responsibilities

Additionally, they are responsible for supporting all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients.

Account Retention and Growth Strategies

One of the key objectives of the Business Development Manager is to develop successful account retention and defense strategies to ensure business is retained. This involves maintaining an awareness of moderately complicated claim-related matters and assisting claims personnel in negotiating equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.

Insurance Expertise

To excel in this role, the Business Development Manager must possess a thorough understanding of major classes of insurance offered by the Company and stay abreast of new technical and product developments. This expertise enables them to provide valuable insights and advice to professional colleagues and clients, thereby driving business growth and success.

Working Relationships
