Job Description

The role of a Sales Executive at Gulf Coca-Cola Beverages is to maximize our competitive position in the marketplace. This involves executing monthly and quarterly sales-related activities to achieve sales and collection targets, driving market shares and improving overall profits within set budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve targets set on volume and NSR Monthly.
  • Ensure SFE Compliance through daily market visits.
  • Manage account receivables and achieve collection targets.
  • Comply with permanent Journey plan for assigned sales routes.
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers through regular visits.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate and sell Must-have SKU's to ensure product availability.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to improve sales effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales in the FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with pre-selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to analyze market trends and data.
  • Collaborative spirit with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions.
  • Results-driven with track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales.
  • Valid driving license to operate in UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain (Depending on country of application).
  • Thorough knowledge of sales routes geographically and customer database (Depending on country of application).
