Cyber Threat Intelligence Security Specialist at CTM360
We are seeking a skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will identify, assess, and mitigate potential security threats to our customers.
About the Role
This role involves managing threat intelligence platforms and monitoring feed sources for efficacy. You will collect, analyze, and distribute threat intelligence from multiple sources, preparing high-quality papers, assessments, briefings, recommendations, and findings. Additionally, you will develop, manage, optimize, and continuously improve processes to enhance the overall cyber threat intelligence function. Your responsibilities will also include hunting and discovering unidentified/unknown and emerging threats, understanding new adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent threat analysis skills and good communication skills. Experience in Incident Response, Event Management, Network Forensics, Signature Creation, Log Analysis & Collection is required. In-depth knowledge and understanding of cyber-attack vectors, detection techniques, malware analysis, cybercrime networks, and methodologies are essential. A strong working understanding of threat intel platforms is necessary, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or a related field, preferably Computer Science. Minimum of 2 years of experience in threat analysis is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal, facilitation & communication skills are also necessary. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks like CIS, MITRE, STIX, and TAXII is preferred.
