Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the QHSE Department, managing company-controlled documents and coordinating QHSE activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Control
    • Manage company-controlled documents, ensuring they adhere to formatting standards and version control protocols.
    • Assist internal departments in drafting, reviewing, and updating controlled documents.
    • Conduct training sessions for users on document management software.
    • Maintain the archival and disposal system in accordance with company policy.
  • QHSE Activities Coordination
    • Plan, organize, and support QHSE-related events such as health campaigns, awareness sessions, and internal activities.
    • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for QHSE meetings, workshops, and training programs.
  • HSE Support
    • Design HSE posters and awareness materials.
    • Support regular HSE data reporting.
    • Manage First Aid supplies.
    • Participate in site inspections and audits when required.
  • Administrative Support
    • Process departmental invoices and expense claims.
    • Assist department members in travel requests and arrangements.
    • Support other secretarial duties for the QHSE department.
