The Mixology Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing innovative cocktail menus, maintaining a high level of expertise in mixology, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute new cocktail recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
- Conduct regular tastings and trainings to ensure team members stay up-to-date with the latest mixology techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging events and promotions that drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
About You:
We seek a highly skilled mixologist with at least 1-2 years of experience in the international hospitality industry. You will have a deep understanding of mixology principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
