We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Barista to join our team for the busy season in Manama, Bahrain.
Job Summary:As a Seasonal Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and snacks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure quality of all drinks and food items served.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for employment in Bahrain.
Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free)
Location: Manama, Bahrain
