Store Leadership Role

Chalhoub Group seeks an exceptional Store Supervisor to lead our retail team and drive sales performance. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and visual merchandising is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
