Job Overview

At RESO, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR and Admin Officer to join our team. This role plays a critical part in managing and overseeing our organization's human resources activities, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough interviews, reference checks, and negotiate employment offers to ensure the best fit for our company.
  2. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into our team.
  3. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
  4. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and events that promote teamwork and collaboration.
  5. Ensure updates on amendments to Labour Laws for Bahrain, Oman, and UAE, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
  7. Handle employment contracts, visa processes, and renewals in coordination with relevant authorities to ensure timely completion.
  8. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  9. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness to inform future program development.
  10. Assist in preparation and management of employee benefits, such as health insurance and end-of-service benefits, to support employee well-being.
  11. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to remain competitive in the market, ensuring fairness and equity.
  12. Coordinate the performance appraisal process to provide constructive feedback and support career growth.
  13. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans to support ongoing development.
  14. Prepare monthly payroll for the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
HR Administration
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  2. Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Manage employee leave and attendance records to optimize resource allocation and minimize disruptions.
